I am out at our latest custom build that we started a couple weeks ago this house behind me is four bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath 3200 ft of livable space and about 4500 square ft under roof everyone always DMS me or comments on everything asking what things cost I'm be as transparent as possible be honest with y'all and give yall a breakdown of what we have spent so far on this build if some of y'all are looking to build a house in the future maybe this video can help some of y'all out and give you'all an idea and what things are going to cost for you plans and permits were $8,200 for the foundation garage and front and back porches we spent $33,000 since we're on a slab we had to run all the plumbing underneath the concrete before we poured it so that cost $9,000 Lumber package and framing labor was $64,000 we're not 100% done right now we're thinking it's going to be right around $644,000 they have not been delivered or installed but the windows were $113,000
